If you're looking for a successful career in sales then this is the qualification for you! The Level 3 Diploma in Sales is ideal for anyone working in sales and telesales who is looking to develop the essential knowledge and techniques to progress their career. It leads to a nationally-recognised qualification in what is one of the fastest-growing professions in the world - more than 7% of the UK's workforce is employed in sales.
It takes 12 months to complete this course on a part time basis including monthly tutorials at a local training centre. You'll have assignments to complete and undergo workplace observations. An Apprentice needs to be in training for at least a year and a day, which equates to 1,560 hours – or 30 hours a week – of employment. It is expected that 20% of these hours are spent completing off the job training.

Work and assessment
You'll find all the resources for your course on our Online Training Academy where you'll also be able to submit your work and study for your functional skills. Assessment is by workplace observations, practical tasks at work, answering questions and assignment writing.
